Bank transfer

The traditional payment method is, of course, a bank transfer. Your order will be shipped after the entire amount has been transfered to our bank account (this should take 1 or 2 working days).

As reason of payment, you shall write:

Order or Invoice Number
Name and surname of the customer, especially if different from the bank account holder

Credit Card

The Credit card payment is one of the easiest and safest methods. The transaction is encrypted and routed to safe, external and independent Nexi Spa servers. The process is completely external to our website and there's no way that Citro Services can access your personal datas.
The Nexi server supports all credit cards from Mastercard and Visa circuits. You will pay the exact amount of your buy without any additional fee.

Should the credit card payment process not be successful, it is still possible to pay after having yet registered your order. This can be done by clicking on the "Pay with card" online button, after having selected the correct amount.

Cash or by card (personally)

During the checkout procedure, if yor are planning to come to Italy or you are already in the nearby you may prefer to collect your items personally at out headquarters in San Giorgio di Lomellina, Pavia, Italy, Via Carlo Botta 47.
In this case, you will be able to pay with card or cash. Nonetheless, we must remind you that, according to the law,
we can't handle cash transactions of more than 2000 €. Bank cheques are not accepted.
